Cookie & Similar Technologies Policy

Last updated: 18 September 2026

This policy explains how NOZME LTD ("NOZME", "we", "us" or "our") uses cookies, browser local storage and similar storage or access technologies on our websites and platform, including www.nozme.co.uk and app.nozme.co.uk. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files that a website may store on your device. Browser local storage, session storage and related technologies can also store or access information on a device without using a traditional cookie.

For privacy and electronic communications purposes, these technologies can be subject to similar rules because they involve storing information on, or accessing information from, a user's device.

2. What does NOZME currently use?

At the date of this policy, our live browser audit of anonymous visits to www.nozme.co.uk and app.nozme.co.uk did not identify first-party advertising or analytics cookies or persistent local-storage values being set by NOZME.

When a user signs in to NOZME or to the Creator area, Supabase stores authentication session information in browser local storage so that the signed-in session can be maintained.

OpenAI processing does not use browser cookies or local storage on the user's device as part of NOZME's image-generation flow. Product images and related information are sent server-side by NOZME to the OpenAI API where an AI-generated image is requested.

This authentication storage is used for necessary account and session functionality and is not used by NOZME for advertising or analytics tracking.

3. Necessary storage currently in use

Supabase authentication session

Provider:Supabase.Storage method:Browser local storage.Purpose:To authenticate signed-in users and maintain an active NOZME or Creator session.Category:Strictly necessary account and session storage.Duration:Persists until sign-out, session invalidation or browser storage is cleared. Session token data may be refreshed as part of normal authentication.

Where storage is genuinely necessary to provide a service that a user has requested, such as maintaining an authenticated account session, it may be used without consent where permitted by applicable law.

4. Analytics, advertising and affiliate tracking

NOZME does not currently use first-party advertising or analytics cookies in its current web experience. We also do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar advertising or analytics tracking technologies on the NOZME web experience.

NOZME may introduce analytics, affiliate tracking, advertising or other non-essential storage technologies in future. Before doing so, we will update this policy, provide appropriate information and controls, and obtain consent where required.

When you follow a link from NOZME to a retailer, affiliate network or other third-party website, that third party may use its own cookies or similar technologies. Their own privacy and cookie policies will apply once you leave NOZME.

5. How to manage browser storage

You can usually view, block or delete cookies and local-storage data using your browser settings or developer tools. Clearing necessary authentication storage may sign you out of NOZME or require you to sign in again.

Because our current signed-in session storage is necessary for account authentication, disabling or deleting it may prevent some logged-in features from working as intended.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our technology, service providers or use of storage technologies changes. The latest version will be made available on our website.
