Terms and Conditions

NOZME is a personalised fashion discovery platform designed to help users discover products, outfits, retailers and fashion inspiration that may be relevant to them.

By creating an account or using NOZME, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use NOZME.

NOZME accounts are currently intended to be created and managed by adults. Certain NOZME features may allow an adult account holder to create or manage profiles for family members, including children.

Where you create or manage a profile for a child, you are responsible for doing so appropriately and for providing information about that child only where you have authority to do so.

NOZME is not currently intended for children to independently create and manage their own NOZME accounts.

You are responsible for:

• providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• keeping your account details reasonably up to date;
• keeping your login details secure; and
• activity carried out through your account where you have authorised that activity.

You should contact us if you believe somebody has accessed your account without permission. You must not create an account using another person's identity without their permission.

NOZME helps users discover fashion products and outfits through features that may include:

• personalised product discovery;
• fashion recommendations;
• search and browsing;
• saved or loved products;
• outfits and outfit inspiration;
• creator or stylist edits;
• wishlists;
• NOZME FIT;
• NOZME FAMILY;
• retailer links; and
• AI-generated fashion visualisations.

Features may change as NOZME develops. NOZME is primarily a discovery and recommendation service. Unless we specifically tell you otherwise, NOZME does not sell the physical products displayed through the platform.

NOZME may use information such as your stated preferences, product interactions, saved products, search activity, style preferences, sizes, budget preferences and other information you provide to personalise the products, outfits and content shown to you.

Recommendations are intended to make fashion discovery more relevant. A recommendation does not mean that NOZME guarantees that a particular product will suit you, fit you, remain available or meet all of your requirements.

NOZME FIT is designed to provide guidance about clothing or footwear sizing across products, brands and retailers. Sizing varies between brands, retailers, products, cuts and individuals. NOZME FIT therefore provides guidance rather than a guarantee of fit.

You should check the retailer's current product information and size guidance before making a purchase. Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have against a retailer where a product you purchase does not comply with applicable consumer law.

NOZME may display information about products supplied by retailers, brands, affiliate partners or other sources. We take reasonable care when presenting this information, but product information can change. In particular:

• prices may change;
• products may become unavailable;
• sizes or colours may sell out;
• offers or discounts may end;
• delivery options may change; and
• product descriptions or images may be updated by the retailer.

Where there is a difference between information displayed by NOZME and the retailer's current information, the retailer's information relating to the product it is selling will normally govern your purchase from that retailer.

When NOZME connects you to a third-party retailer and you decide to make a purchase, your purchase is normally made directly from that retailer. The retailer, rather than NOZME, is responsible for matters relating to that purchase, including:

• payment;
• order acceptance;
• stock;
• delivery;
• product quality;
• cancellations;
• returns;
• refunds; and
• retailer customer service.

The retailer's own terms and conditions will apply to your purchase. NOZME is not a party to the contract between you and the retailer unless we expressly state otherwise. If there is a problem with something you have purchased, you should normally contact the retailer from whom you purchased it.

Some links from NOZME to retailers may be affiliate links. If you follow an affiliate link and make an eligible purchase, NOZME may receive a commission from the retailer or an affiliate network. The retailer remains responsible for setting the price of the product and for your purchase from them. Affiliate relationships help support the operation and development of NOZME.

Certain NOZME features may use artificial intelligence to create fashion imagery, outfit visualisations or editorial-style images. These images are intended to provide inspiration and help you visualise products or outfits.

AI-generated imagery may not reproduce every detail of a product perfectly. Before purchasing a product, you should review the retailer's current product photographs, description, sizing information and other product details.

NOZME may allow you to discover outfits, edits or other content created or selected by stylists, creators or other contributors. This content is intended for fashion discovery and inspiration.

If NOZME allows you to submit, upload or share content, you must only provide content that you have the right to use and share. You must not upload or share content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringes another person's rights or otherwise breaches these Terms.

NOZME FAMILY and related features may allow users to create linked profiles, wishlists or other shared shopping information. You are responsible for ensuring that you have an appropriate reason or permission to provide information about another person.

You must not use NOZME FAMILY to impersonate another person, misuse another person's information, access information you are not authorised to access, or share information in a way that is unlawful or inappropriate.

You must use NOZME lawfully. You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to NOZME or another user's account;
• interfere with the operation or security of NOZME;
• introduce viruses, malicious software or other harmful material;
• use automated methods to scrape or extract substantial amounts of NOZME data without permission;
• reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent security or access controls except where the law expressly permits;
• use NOZME to harass, threaten or abuse another person;
• use NOZME fraudulently;
• impersonate another person; or
• use NOZME in a way that infringes another person's intellectual property or other legal rights.

We may take reasonable action where we believe NOZME is being misused.

NOZME and its associated software, design, branding, functionality and original content are owned by NOZME LTD or used under licence. The NOZME name, branding and associated materials may not be used without our permission except where permitted by law.

Product names, images, logos and trademarks displayed through NOZME may belong to the relevant brands, retailers or other rights holders. Displaying them through NOZME does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

We aim to keep NOZME available and operating properly, but we cannot promise that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. NOZME may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, security issues, problems affecting third-party infrastructure, or circumstances reasonably outside our control.

We may also add, remove or change features as NOZME develops. Where a change materially affects your rights or your use of the service, we will take reasonable steps to provide appropriate notice where required.

You may stop using NOZME at any time. We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary, including where:

• these Terms have been seriously or repeatedly breached;
• we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;
• there is a security risk;
• we are required to do so by law; or
• continued access could cause harm to NOZME, another user or a third party.

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we will explain the reason for the restriction. How personal information is handled following account closure is explained in our Privacy Policy.

NOZME will provide its services with the level of reasonable care and skill required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any legal rights you have as a consumer where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

NOZME is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

NOZME contains links to websites and services operated by third parties, including retailers. We do not control those third-party websites. When you leave NOZME, the third party's own terms, privacy policies and other rules will apply.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how NOZME collects, uses and protects personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be made available through NOZME and will show the date on which it was last updated. If we make a material change that significantly affects your rights, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention.

If you have a problem with NOZME, please contact us so that we can try to resolve it. If your complaint relates to a product purchased from a third-party retailer, you should normally contact that retailer directly.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you will continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
